How to organize a disgruntled CAT? ...what better way than in a "CAT org" blog?

The CAT finds herself at a loss recently. Too much to do, too little "..."; there are several ways to fill in this blank. CAT doesn't like feeling catty and growly, but has been acting that way more and more in the last few weeks. Time to adjust and take a different tack. Ergo, bloggo.
